Yesterday (August 20th, 2022) we’ve had an unscheduled maintenance on our web servers. Thankfully, there was no delay in automated services – the bots were functioning okay. However, some of the users could not access the website.
Everything is resolved and back to normal now, we sincerely apologize for the provided inconvenience. Our team will keep monitoring this issue so it won’t happen again.

Some users were experiencing issues earlier this morning where they could not login their bots or their HUD’s showed an incorrect online status. Unfortunately it seems one of the bot servers went offline but it is back up now and everything is working fine!

We are currently experiencing some issues with one of the storage drives in our server cluster. We will be replacing the drive at approximately 09:00AM SLT and is expected to take around one hour.
Some personal and shared bots may go offline, however they will be back so please bare with us.
We will post an update to this blog post as soon as operation is complete.
