Personal Bot HUD – v6.0 Update!

Personal Bot HUD allows you to remotely control your bot, such as to sit on specific objects, stand and even command your bot to use favorite animations.

This new HUD v6.0 has been just released, with some great new features:

1. A lot of old-fashioned code has been thrown out

HUD works more smoothly and consumes a bit less sim resources now.

2. New “Tools” tab

We’ve replaced the “Items” with a new “Tools” tab. It allows navigating to SmartBots’ most used add-ons: Local Chat, Live IMs, Simple Autoresponder and Sim Governor.

3. The “Touch” menu is now here

It allows your bot to touch objects in-world using the object’s UUID. Your bots can now easily touch Tip Jars, Online Boards, Sploders and other things.

New Personal Bot HUD released – v5.0

SmartBots HUD history: from 2009 to 2016

SmartBots Personal Bot HUD allows you to control bots remotely: make it sit, stand, follow, rotate and perform other useful actions.

A new, completely refreshed version of Personal Bot HUD has been released today:

  • with some minor HUD interaction fixes,
  • powered by updated low-lag scripts,
  • including server-side updates to keep you informed about bot status,
  • and refreshed look and feel.

Franchise Terminals have been updated

New Payment TerminalDear SmartBots Franchisees, the Terminal has been updated to version 3.3 today. Please pick up a new device in SmartBots office since previous versions won’t accept payments anymore.

You will get an automatic notification when your customers are trying to use your outdated Terminal. However, we advise to update your devices as soon as possible.

The new version (v3.3) provides more accurate partner’s payments delivery scheme, as well as some minor fixes.

Bot HUD v4.0 has been released!

New Second Life bot control HUDA new version of Personal Bot HUD is now available. This is a mostly technical update: we’ve rewritten the codebase of the device completely.

The HUD scripts require less memory and contact main server in a more secure way than before.

The new HUD also introduces a user interface improvement. Now, when you make your bot sit down on object you highlight, bot verifies if it actually sees your selection beam (sometimes viewer settings prevent your beam to appear in-world).
